Security and data
Plain answers about your data.
What this website does with your information today, what we agree with you before an agent takes its first call, and the rules the agents follow on the phone.
This page describes how things work. It is not a certification, and it is not legal advice.
This website, today
- No analytics, advertising tags or tracking scripts. Fonts and files are served from our own server.
- One cookie, only if you choose a language with the switcher, so the site remembers it.
- Every page is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Nothing from other domains runs here.
- The demo form is switched off until the privacy notice is approved. While it is off, it sends nothing.
When the demo form is switched on
- Your request goes to our own CRM instance. The access key stays on the server and never reaches your browser.
- Requests are checked strictly, limited per sender, and protected against duplicates.
- Spam protection uses one-way codes of your IP and email address that are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- What we keep, for how long and on which legal basis will be set out in the privacy notice before the form opens.
Agreed for every deployment
Before an agent takes a call for you, we agree in writing:
- which calls it makes or answers, and what it may say or do;
- which information it can use, and where call records and transcripts are kept;
- how long records are kept, and who on your side can access them;
- when and to whom it hands a conversation over.
How every agent is set up
- It introduces itself as an AI assistant when the call opens, in wording agreed with you.
- It stays within the scope you approved and does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
- A caller who asks for a person, or a conversation it should not handle, is routed to your team.
- Each call is recorded as an outcome so your team can review what happened.
Outbound calling rules
Rules for automated and marketing calls differ by country and by who is being called. Who may be called, at what hours, and how opt-out requests are handled are agreed with you before a campaign starts. We do not run campaigns that the applicable rules do not allow.
Questions about a specific deployment are best asked in a demo. Book a demo
